Offers and agreements

All offers on diavazo.nl are non-binding.
An order is considered successful upon confirmation of the order by e-mail and is considered completed for us when we hand over the order to the shipping carrier.

Prices and Payments

All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payment is made using the available payment methods.
diavazo.nl reserves the right to change prices.

Delivery

We make every effort to ship orders on time.
Delivery times are indicative.
Delays by shipping carriers (e.g., PostNL/DHL/DPD) are not our responsibility.

Returns and right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days from receipt of the order.

Liability

diavazo.nl is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
However, if products are initially defective due to negligence, liability lies with diavazo.nl.
Liability is limited either to replacing the defective product or refunding the value of the defective product—not the total amount of an entire order.

Force majeure

In cases of force majeure, diavazo.nl has the right to suspend or cancel the order without compensation.

Governing law

Dutch law applies to all transactions.
