We are Aliki and Stelios! Two, usually, optimistic people and dreamers, who love reading, food, dogs, and walks.

diavazo.nl

diavazo.nl has its own story. Ever since its founding in 2018, it evolved into a beloved online bookstore with carefully selected content and a strong community of readers.

How we got “involved”

Being dreamers, in January 2026 we decided to do everything in our power to keep the first Greek bookstore in the Netherlands from closing. It felt like our duty to the Greek community, so we can continue to enjoy literature in our native language and bring a piece of Greece here.

But even more than that, we wanted to make sure our children don’t lose their bedtime story. We want all of us to keep dreaming together in Greek.

We’re truly glad you’re here, and grateful that we can share both our dreams and our concerns with you. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being with us.

Welcome (back) to diavazo.nl, a name you know, now with renewed energy and fresh life.

Happy Reading!
